Excursion

The excursion took place at Estancia El Cuadro, located between Santiago and Valparaiso. It is a Casablanca Wine Tourism Center, surrounded by wonderful landscapes and entertaining activities guided by experts. We started the day with the presentation of a "rodeo", which is the typical sport of the Chilean fields, tasting a delicious empanada and then, watching typical Chilean dances. Then we visited the wine museum, which showed how the wine was once made. We did a tour with tasting of the different wine strains and finally had a dinner, with an exquisite barbecue of meat with salads.
