Registration for the Conference may be made at the online IRG57 Registration Form link, no later than April 15, 2026 if you wish to avoid late payment fees.

A late fee of SEK 3500 will be charged after April 15, 2026.

Participants may pay by banker’s draft, check, bank transfer or credit card. If paying by bank transfer, a copy of the bank transfer order should be mailed or faxed together with registration form. Please indicate your address clearly on the transfer orders and checks.
Note: Acknowledgement of registration and receipt of fee will not be issued unless requested.

In the event of cancellation before May 1, 2026, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. After this date no refunds will be made. However, you may transfer your registration at any time to another person from your organization.

Registration desk

The Registration desk will be open at the Nirvana Resort Beijing on Sunday May 24 between 13.30 and 18.00 and then on the Monday morning between 08.00 and 09.00am.
