Meals

Breakfast

Attendees will make their own arrangements and payments for Breakfast as needed dependent on their choice and location of accommodation.

Coffee breaks

Coffee and tea breaks will be provided Tuesday to Thursday to delegates attending the scientific sessions.

Lunch

The IRG57 Organizing Committee will organize the lunches during the week of the meeting from Tuesday to Thursday, for registered IRG57 conference attendees.  

On Tuesday and Thursday there will be buffets for session attendees in the conference centre, while for the Wednesday Scientific Field Trip boxed lunches will be provided for both session attendees and companions as we depart from the Convention Centre for the Field Trip

Dinner

On Monday evening the IRG57 Opening Reception will include hors d'oeuvres, while on Wednesday food and beverages will be included as part of the Scientific Field Trip and on Thursday evening dinner will be included as integral to the IRG57 Banquet.

On Tuesday evening during the IRG57 meeting, dinners may be purchased at the varous restaurants within the Nirvana Resort Beijing or nearby locally as there is a great variety of interesting restaurants and bars in the areas nearby to the Nirvana Resort Beijing in all price categories.
